Nigeria's coach has voiced concern
over Ahmed Musa's lack of playing time at Leicester and may even seek talks
with Claudio Ranieri. Leicester: Musa manager to seek Claudio chat Gernot Rohr,
who took over as coach of the Super Eagles in August, will first speak to the
players that he thinks are being affected by the competition for places at
their Premier League clubs - which also include John Obi Mikel. Musa has fallen
out of favour at the King Power Stadium since the arrival of record signing
Islam Slimani. The Nigerian has missed out on selection in the Foxes' last two
games, although he did keep his place in the Nigeria squad for their recent
international against Zambia. "It's not the best situation a manager will
hope for two of his senior player,"
"But we understand that they play for teams that have high competition for
places. We will however in the coming days have a chat with them on the way
forward. "If needs be, talks with their respective managers will also be a
welcome idea. For now we will stay put and see if they get games before our
next game."
