Nigeria U20 Goal Keeper Akpan Udoh Rejects Transfer To Udinese

Nigeria U20 netmider Akpan Udoh has sensationally claimed that he has turned down an offer from Italian club Udinese.

The 2015 Fifa U17 World Cup winning goalkeeper has explained the circumstance surrounding the offer from the Serie A side is beyond him.

“Udinese, I don’t think I can go there,” Akpan Udoh told allnigeriasoccer.com when asked about the strong interest from the Bianconeri Friuliani.

“There are lot of things surrounding the arrangement and I am not interested.”

Akpan Udoh signed a player-agent agreement with former Nigeria international defender Danny Shittu after the World Cup in Chile, but he is now represented by Shira Yusuf, who handles the affairs of Wolfsburg trainee Victor Osimhen.

A product of Remo Academy, Udoh once traveled to Italy with a team bankrolled by the First Lady of Ogun State, Olufunso Amosun.
